Welcome to Pine Valley Farms
We are a family owned farm located in Laurel, Mississippi. We are currently in the process of revitilizing a once cattle and chicken farm. We hope to be able to offer our community a variety of fresh vegetables. Our vision is to promote agriculture in Jones County and show how it has played a role in our history. We will be offering fun and educational activities as harvest time approaches.
The 2009 season has been very difficult for us. We had excess rainfall in the spring and none in the summer months. Our crops did not survive and we were able to sell very little. If the Lord wills we hope that the 2010 season will be more productive.
We will open our farm to the public for our 1st fall corn maze and educational activities in September, 2010. We look forward to having school field trips, church groups and many other visitors to our farm. Contact us for details.
